The Dark Garden

Here's Lil' Black Guy, just hanging out in the Dark Garden, next to his favorite cheesily photoshopped pool of blood. He's even wearing his little prize ribbon, which he worked so hard to earn. Paddling his little penguin feet at top speed to outswim all those other little chao. Climbing up walls with his muscular little penguin flippers. And running as fast as those little feet would take him, flippers outstretched, but alas, a swimming chao is destined for failure when it comes to running.

So yeah, enough of that. Meet Black Guy, my little buddy, the Dark Chao. Based off of my actual dark chao from Sonic Adventure 2.

I took this picture in my backyard, where a tree had fallen recently and we burned the stump that was left. It left this big hole, with ashes all around it, and I decided it was the perfect place to take a shot of my dark chao, since it was the same color as the dark garden. And I figured the hole that was left would make a perfect pool of blood, so there you have it. (The prize ribbon was made of clay, and an actual piece of ribbon).
